When i go to Festivals, or to any show really, i am drawn to the instrumentation that the performers are using. Here are some of the more interesting things from The 2006 Other Sound Festival.


Venice Is Sinking: guitar 1.


Venice Is Sinking: his backup guitar!


Yes, that backup is an España. Nice.


No River City featured this beautiful guitar on a few songs.


It was really ahrd to get a clear picture of this wonderful hollowbody that Spectralux's keyboardist played, what with the wall of fog and all.


Mike Goldman backed Faith Kleppinger up with this cute little Rickenbacker mandolin.


Here is a nice shot of the vintage guitar that the leader of Gentleman Caller played.
